Our
Support Analysts will assist you in the installation process so that
CyberCollect
will be up and running in no time at all. All collection or recovery personnel will be trained in the use of the screens for daily functions and how actions are taken. System training for collection personnel is typically two to three hours in groups of three or four. Supervisors will be trained in managing the system, in customizing system parameters, in running the management reports for monitoring productivity, and in generating user-defined reports.

The national help line service is available to CyberCollect customers and consists of single point of contact service. Customer Support Representatives who staff the Help Line 24x7 hours are experienced and cross-trained on the full CyberCollect System product line.

Security |

Flexible, multi-level password protected security is built into CyberCollect. You can control which users can access specific parts of CyberCollect. Each user is assigned an access level and specific usage privileges. Access control can limit a user's access to menus, fields, and functions. The security setup is very flexible, allowing management to control access as it deems necessary.
